These terms govern your use of Mercury80, operated by Purple Grape, a sole proprietorship registered in India. By creating an account you agree to them.
1. The service
Mercury80 provides automated SEO, GEO and AEO analysis reports. Reports are informational and generated by automated tools — we do not guarantee any particular search ranking, traffic or business outcome.
2. Your account
Provide accurate information, keep your login secure, and you’re responsible for activity under your account. Only analyse websites you own or are authorised to analyse.
3. Plans, billing & renewals
- Paid plans are billed via Razorpay in INR, plus 18% GST.
- Subscriptions auto-renew each cycle until you cancel.
- Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
4. Acceptable use
Don’t misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for unlawful purposes. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.
5. Intellectual property
We own the Mercury80 platform. You own your data and the reports generated for you, and may use them for your own business purposes.
6. Disclaimers & liability
The service is provided “as is”, without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim.
7. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India; courts at Bangalore, India have jurisdiction.
