Mercury80 (“we”, “us”) is operated by Purple Grape, a sole proprietorship registered in India. This policy explains how we collect, use and protect your personal data, in line with India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP). By using Mercury80 you consent to this policy.

1. Data we collect

• Account: your email address and name.
• Business & site details you enter: website URL, business name, industry, city, and any optional keywords or competitors.
• Report data: results of analysing your website (which is publicly accessible).
• Payments: processed by Razorpay. We store payment status and invoice references only — never your full card details.
• Connected Google accounts (optional): read-only Search Console / Analytics / Business Profile data, only if and when you connect them.
• Technical: basic logs needed to run and secure the service.

2. Why we use it

To generate your reports, operate your account, process payments, provide support and meet legal obligations. Our legal basis is your consent under the DPDP Act, which you may withdraw at any time.

3. Who we share it with

We use trusted processors to deliver the service, and we do not sell your data:

• DataForSEO — keyword, ranking and backlink data.
• Google PageSpeed Insights — performance analysis.
• AI providers (e.g. Anthropic) — to generate report insights.
• Razorpay — payment processing.
• Supabase — database, authentication and file storage (hosted in India).

4. Storage & security

Your data is stored in the India (Mumbai) region. We use encryption in transit, access controls and least-privilege practices. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your data.

5. Retention

We keep your data while your account is active. When you delete your account, we delete your personal data (subject to any legal retention requirements).

6. Your rights (DPDP)

You can access, correct, or erase your data, withdraw consent, and seek grievance redressal. Use the export and delete tools in your account settings, or email us.

8. Children

Mercury80 is not intended for anyone under 18.
