How to delete your data

You can permanently delete your Mercury80 account and all data associated with it at any time. Deletion is immediate and irreversible.

Option 1 — from your account (instant)

• Sign in at mercury80.com.
• Open Account.
• Click Delete account and confirm. This permanently removes your profile, sites, reports (including stored files), payment records linkage, consents and any connected Google tokens.

Option 2 — by email

Email support@mercury80.comfrom the address you signed up with, with the subject "Delete my data". We action verified requests within 7 days and confirm once complete.

Connected services

• Google (Search Console / Analytics): disconnecting in Account deletes our stored tokens immediately. You can also revoke Mercury80's access from your Google account's security settings.
• Payments: transaction records required by Indian tax law are retained by our payment processor (Razorpay) per their policy; we delete the linkage from your account.
